Certificate of Insurance

Insurance is required for all rentals.

We must have a valid Certificate of Insurance in our possession prior to any rental.

Required Coverage

-General Liability Coverage

-Leased and Rented Equipment Coverage

If renting a vehicle, you also need:

-Automobile Liability Coverage

-Automobile Physical Damage Coverage

Certificate Holder

Hammer Lighting & Grip needs to be named as the certificate holder as well as “additionally insured and loss payee”.

Rental Contract

A signed Rental Contract must be in our possession prior to any rental.
